Reservation Terms
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge the applicable booking, cancellation, refund, identification and stay conditions of the resort.
Early Check-in & Late Checkout
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and will be chargeable.

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy.
We recommend reviewing the cancellation conditions before confirming your booking.
10% Cancellation Charge
In case the booking is cancelled, 10% of the booking amount will be charged as a fine.
No-show or Cancellation of a Guaranteed Reservation
In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the Resort reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire reserved stay.

Refund
Refund Processing.
Refund processing is handled after cancellation intimation according to the applicable booking conditions.
7–10 Day Processing Time
Refund processing will take approximately 7 to 10 days from the date of intimation of cancellation.

Identification requirements help maintain a safe and secure stay for all guests.
Valid Government-issued ID
All adult guests must present a valid Government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
